Strong After Setback is our virtual Recovery Roadmap, built on the three pillars of lasting health: Bodywork, Movement, and Wellness. It takes the individualized assessment of your initial session (Roadmap Tier 1) and translates it into a structured, progression-based system you can complete from anywhere.
Before starting the program, every client must complete our Initial Discovery Session. This essential step allows us to analyze your pain patterns, assess your movement mechanics, and identify the foundational breakdowns unique to your body. This guarantees that your journey through the Phases below is precisely tailored for your fastest, most sustainable recovery.
Initial Discovery Session (In-Person or Virtual Assessment)
Assessment. This is where you determine the root cause of their pain/plateau, establish goals, and decide which program is the best fit.
We move you through three distinct phases to ensure complete, whole-body healing and resilience:
Phase 1: The Reset & Re-Pattern
Roadmap Tier 2 Goal: Acute relief and habit establishment.
You cannot build strength on top of pain. This phase uses gentle movement and mobility routines to retrain the brain and body, teaching new, safe movement patterns and allowing inflamed tissues to settle.
Phase 2: The Foundational Recovery Series
Roadmap Tier 2/3 Goal: Functional strength and stabilization.
This phase systematically strengthens your core, hips, and key stability joints. The blend of movement therapy continues to progress the body towards healing by supporting more functional forms of movement and biomechanical support.
Phase 3: The Durability Accelerator
Roadmap Tier 3 Goal: Performance and long-term sustainability.
You progress to more complex, multi-joint movements and load-bearing exercises. This builds true physical durability and endurance, allowing you to confidently eliminate chronic pain and prevent further setbacks or injuries.
