Group Coaching Begins in January 2024

Program Overview

We all have the inner person who we wish we could Become. She is a slightly different version of who we are now, but she has big dreams and isn't afraid to make them happen! She is healthy and vibrant, and approaches each day with a positive mindset, and her heart filled with joy and play.

Her goals may be simply to feel good in her body, or she might have her sites set on bigger sports and fitness goals. Whatever they are for you, the BECOME coaching program is your first step to finally stepping into that women you've always wanted to be and checking off the goals on your list.

Over the next six weeks, you'll work with Beth to explore all of your goals and make a plan of action to start make those a reality. Each week you'll focus on one piece of the BECOME pathway to dive deeper into and explore how it support your journey towards your big goals. 

Private Coaching Weekly Focus
Week 1 B Be Seen & Heard 90-Min Initial Consultation. Health & Performance history, Plan Strategy (nutrition, mindset, movement, lifestyle) . Who do you want to be?
Week 2 E Explore Your Future 45 min coaching session. Exploring future vision & paths, set big future goals & weekly goal.
Week 3 C Change Habits to Fit Your Goals 45 min coaching session. Nutrition & Lifestyle coaching. Look at current nutrition, movement, and lifestyle habits.
Week 4 O Overcome Perfectionism & Stress 45 min coaching session. Mindset & Mental Wellness coaching. What are the obstacles keeping from goals? Growth mindset, controllable, breathing strategies, meditation, journaling.
Week 5 M Movement, Mindset, Macros & Micros 45 min coaching session. Movement & nutrition coaching. Review goal progress. More specific discussion around training and nutrition to support goal - including supplements, restorative exercise, etc.
Week 6 E Engage in Play 45 min coaching session. Review & wrap-up of program goal. How do we keep the progress going? Extend current goal or move to another. Next steps in coaching.

What's Included

* Community is dependent on total number of clients enrolled in the coaching program. There will be separate communities for adult and teens.

Is this program right for you?

This program is for any girl, age 10-18, or woman who is looking to transform her life through a foundation of health and wellness. If you're looking to reframe your mindset around wellness and leave diet culture behind, this is the course for you. We focus on an integrated approach to wellness that focuses on the individual and what works for you based on your lifestyle and goals, and creating a foundation that grows with you.

There will be separate community groups and group coaching sessions for teens and adult women in order to better address your age-specific questions and also offer some privacy in case you are enrolling with your daughter or her friends. 

You will learn a variety of wellness tools centering on nutrition, mindset, and movement to help you move into a more balanced and better version of yourself. We will cover issues such as growth mindset, emotional intelligence, nutrition and meal planning, options for moving your body, and goal setting. You will also learn how to flex and adjust when life throw obstacles at you or your own goals change. By the end of the 6-weeks, you will come out more confident in yourself and your approach to wellness.

This is totally up to your own needs. The group coaching provides a weekly call discuss the week's topic, answer questions, and to help implement that topic into you wellness plan. With the group program, you also have the community to connect with Beth and other members between calls to further your growth.

For some goals, you might benefit more from an individualized wellness plan that you and Beth create together, and then review weekly with additional one-to-one calls. The private coaching plan also includes direct access to Beth via text for the course of the program. Private coaching is a good option if your goal includes sports performance, specific weight loss, or hormonal balance. It's also very helpful for those who thrive with more accountability and direct check ins.
