About the Active Confident Girls Club

The teen years for girls can be rough. Between the ages of 8-18, is when their worlds start to change. Girls move into puberty, start looking forward to their post high school plans, and often anxiety and depression levels skyrocket

We don't have to let our teen girls go this alone, or feel like their worlds are falling down around them. Instead, come join us for this weekly girls' club as we hang out & chat about all the things related to girls physical, social, and mental wellness!

This is a fun time to socialize & make friends from around the world while learning some wellness tools to build your confidence, get you moving, and allow you to start taking charge of the life you want to create.

Is the Active Confident Girls Club a Good Fit?

The goal of the club is to help you build a toolbox of skills that you can use to build your confidence and to support your physical and mental wellness. These tools can help you plan for the future, and can also help you to overcome obstacles that come up along the way. Each week includes a short lesson, a fun activity around the lesson, and plenty of time to chat about how the lesson fits into our own lives.

You’re encouraged to be an active participant in the club. This means that you share, give suggestions to the other member, show no fear about moving your body on camera, and getting real about what’s going on in your life. This is the only way that we can grow and activate our superpowers. These lesson are perfect for general wellness and also for athletes who want to level-up the performance in their sport.

The Active Confident Girls club is open to anyone ages 12-18 who identifies as female. Depending on the number of participants, there may be two meeting options - one for ages 12-15 (6-8th grade) and another for ages 13-18 (9-12th grade). Additional weekly meeting may be added to support different interests, support needs, and availability.

Each week we focus on a lesson related to movement, nutrition, mindset, emotions, creativity, school, or relationships. There are a million of different options to explore to help you discover how you can create your best self with confidence and authenticity, all while making new friends who support you every step of the way. This is a no judgement zone - Active & Confident Girls only lift each other up!

A typical 45-minute session looks like this*:

  • Settle & Check-In 
  • Breathing or Mindful Movement practice 
  • Weekly Topic Lesson & Discussion  
  • Applied Activity & Life Integration  
  • Closing Mindfulness Moment  
  • Closing Circle & Connect

*Weekly sessions run between 45-60 minutes depending on the discussion & support needs of the members on any given week.

Options to Join

Students can join individual sessions for a one-time fee, or purchase a monthly membership that includes access to our online hub and community. Memberships include enrollment for one child. To enroll multiple children, please contact Beth for more details about discounted enrollment.
