Every program begins with a 90-minute Initial Evaluation Session, where we assess your current movement patterns, postural habits, injuries (past or present), and performance goals. From there, we design a plan that’s completely tailored to your body and your life.
All sessions can be done in-person or online for your convenience.

Step 2: Custom Movement Plan Creation
Using insights from your evaluation, we design a tailored movement therapy plan that may include restorative exercise, yoga, and corrective training to help you move better and feel stronger.
Step 3: Ongoing Private Sessions (Mix & Match Styles)
You’ll work one-on-one in sessions that combine the right blend of modalities to support healing, improve mobility, build strength, and align with your personal goals—online or in person.
Step 4: Evolving Support & Progress Tracking
