We all have the inner person who we wish we could become. She is a slightly different version of who we are now, but she has big dreams and isn't afraid to make them happen! She is healthy and vibrant, and approaches each day with a positive mindset, and her heart filled with joy and play.
Her goals may be simply to feel good in her body, or she might have her sites set on bigger sports and fitness goals. Whatever they are for you, the THRIVE coaching program is your first step to finally stepping into that women you've always wanted to be and checking off the goals on your list.
Over the next six weeks, you'll work with Beth to explore all of your goals and make a plan of action to start make those a reality. Each week you'll focus on one piece of the THRIVE pathway to dive deeper into and explore how it support your journey towards your big goals.

Week 5 | V | Vital Movement & Nutrition | 45 min coaching session. Tailor movement and dietary plans to support individual goals. |
Week 6 | E | Empower Continuation | 45 min coaching session. Review progress and plan for sustained success.. |
* The Jumpstart program includes the Introductory focus of week 1, and then focuses on one habit change over the new two weeks
** The Root & Rise program is best for those who have completed either the Jumpstart or THRIVE programs, and want to continue with coaching. However, it can be used if you have a specific goal where accountability & support will aid in your success.
This program is for any girl, age 10-19, or woman who is looking to transform her life through a foundation of health and wellness. If you're looking to reframe your mindset around wellness and leave diet culture behind, this is the course for you. We focus on an integrated approach to wellness that focuses on the individual and what works for you based on your lifestyle and goals, and creating a foundation that grows with you.
There will be separate community groups for teens and adult women in order to better address your age-specific questions and also offer some privacy in case you are enrolling with your daughter or her friends.
You will learn a variety of wellness tools centering on nutrition, mindset, and movement to help you move into a more balanced and better version of yourself. We will cover issues such as growth mindset, emotional intelligence, nutrition and meal planning, options for moving your body, and goal setting. You will also learn how to flex and adjust when life throw obstacles at you or your own goals change. By the end of the 6-weeks, you will come out more confident in yourself and your approach to wellness.
This is totally up to your own needs. We have a variety of plans to let you get a taste of private coaching before committing to a longer program. Beth also runs a group coaching option a few times a year when there is enough interest.
