For 13 years, my work has been built on one simple idea: we move our bodies to begin healing, physically, mentally, and emotionally, so we can return to our play.
Moving is where it starts. Sometimes that means a walk, a stretch, or a strength session. Sometimes it means moving forward in a harder way: past an old injury, a fear, or a story about what your body can't do anymore. The goal is simply to keep moving.
Play isn't necessarily sport.
Play is participation in life.
You don't need to be "flexible," fit, pain-free, or an athlete to start. You just need to be ready for a plan that fits your body.
You finished PT and still don't trust your body. Or you've stretched, foam rolled, and tried the videos, and nothing has stuck. You want someone to look at the whole picture and tell you what to actually do.
You feel pretty good, but you're noticing stiffness, a cranky joint, or a little less confidence. You want to stay strong on the trail, in the garden, at the gym, and with the people you love.
Athletes, dancers, musicians, and overscheduled teens dealing with aches from practice, growth spurts, or getting back after an injury. Parents are always part of the conversation.
Hypermobile? Strength through range, not more stretching, is often exactly what your body is asking for. You're in the right place.
Five steps, each building on the last, at a pace that fits you.
We look at how you move and find the patterns behind your pain or stiffness. Curious and playful, not clinical. You'll see your body in a new way, often for the first time.
Where it happens: Connection Call PLUS and The Move Map
Pain and tightness are often your body trying to protect you. When you understand why, you can stop fighting your body and start working with it.
Where it happens: your first coaching sessions
Through breath, body awareness, and gentle mobility, you start to trust your body again, with short practices that fit into the day you already have.
Where it happens: In-Between: Move, or early coaching
We build mobility and strength step by step, toward the activity you want back: a trail, a garden, a dance floor, or the floor with your grandkids.
Where it happens: Strength & Mobility Coaching
Lasting change comes from consistency. Through check-ins and support between sessions, we make your new habits stick, so you keep moving long after our sessions end.
Where it happens: ongoing coaching and text/email support
Mobility that lasts isn't about stretching more. It's about building strength and control through your full range, and helping your nervous system feel safe enough to let go of guarding.
Corrective exercise and functional strength training so your joints are supported all the way through the movements you need, including the twisting, bending, reaching ones real life is full of.
Whole-body alignment and mobility work inspired by Katy Bowman's Nutritious Movement® approach, to nourish joints and tissues and get more of your body moving.
Yoga-based breath and regulation tools that help a guarded, protective body soften, so movement feels safer and progress sticks.
Short 5–15 minute flows and simple moves stacked onto things you already do, so your plan fits into a full life instead of adding to it.
Every step builds on the last. If you continue into coaching, what you've paid for your first month is credited toward it.
Small-group strength & movement is coming in January. Mention it on your call to get on the list.
No. This is movement coaching and education. It works well alongside PT or after you've finished, when you want ongoing support and a plan that keeps progressing. If something needs medical attention, I'll let you know and point you to the right provider.
Not at all. Play isn't necessarily sport. It's hiking, gardening, traveling, dancing in your kitchen, or getting down on the floor with the people you love. If you want to keep doing the things that make up your life, this is for you.
No. Coaching works online through Zoom calls, short videos you send for feedback, and text or email support. Local clients can mix in sessions at my Littleton office.
Yes. You'll fill out a short intake form first, and you're welcome to send a quick video of yourself moving. On the call, wear clothes you can move in and prop your phone or laptop so I can see your whole body. Many people find it easier to move naturally at home.
Yes. We start where your body feels safe and build from there. Helping your body feel safe to move again is a big part of the work.
No. A mat and a sturdy chair go a long way. If you have bands, weights, or a gym, we'll use them.
Most plans start with 10–15 minutes a day, plus simple movement snacks that fit into things you already do.
If you're not sure, start with a Connection Call PLUS. We'll figure out the right next step together, and you'll leave with a plan either way.
Start with a 20-minute conversation and leave with a plan you can actually use, wherever you live.
