My Journey to Integrative Pain Recovery

For years, I witnessed a common story: active individuals of all ages—from seasoned athletes to young competitors—frustrated by limitations that conventional approaches couldn’t fully resolve. I too understand the limitations a body can impose when it’s not moving as it should. This led me on a deep exploration beyond traditional methods, seeking truly integrated solutions that address the whole person—not just the symptoms of an injury or a slowdown.

My own dedication to holistic health and movement became the foundation of Beth Jones Integrative Recovery. I built this practice specifically to offer women and girls a more comprehensive, sustainable path to freedom from pain and a higher ceiling for performance, drawing on the most effective tools in bodywork, movement science, and wellness coaching.
