My passion is empowering active women and girls to move beyond pain, overcome recurring setbacks, and thrive in the active life they love.

After years of seeing the same cycle of short-term fixes and recurring challenges in clients of all ages, I realized something important: recovery that lasts has to be integrative, adaptive, and whole person–centered. This realization became the foundation of Beth Jones Whole-Person Recovery — built to provide a more complete, sustainable path forward.

I bring more than two decades of advanced training and a deep understanding of how the body truly heals:

    • Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT): Expertise in injury assessment, immediate care, and rehabilitation planning.
    • Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT): Bringing foundational expertise in therapeutic touch.
    • Certified in Myofascial Release & Advanced Bodywork: Specialized techniques like IASTM and Cupping to address deep tissue restrictions and adhesions.
    • Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT): Guiding mindful movement for flexibility, strength, and body awareness.
    • Nutritious Movement™ Restorative Exercise Specialist (RES-CPT): Educating on biomechanics and movement re-patterning for long-term health.
    • Wellness Coaching & Nutritional Therapy Fundamentals: Equipping you with insights into anti-inflammatory living and lifestyle habits that support healing.
