Hi, I’m Beth Jones, founder of Move Heal Play. I'm a Mindset and Wellness Coach and Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in teens and women. My certification range from Restorative Exercise Specialist, to Athletic Trainer, to Women's Health Coach, to educator, to labor doula, to breastfeeding counselor, to Masters Athlete, but my greatest achievement is mama to Liam and Darcy.
My mission is simple. I want to help you play - whatever that looks like to you. Play is the foundation of wellness, and being able to freely engage in what play means to us creates optimal physical and mental wellness for each of us. I'm passionate about establishing healthy and realistic wellness habits in teens to set them on a life path where they have this foundation to fall back to when then life gets tough and confusing. If they have the tools needed to navigate the obstacles and continue to move forward confident in their abilities and identity, and sure of reaching the big goals they have for themselves.
I draw from my education and experience below to develop programs that equip teens for this journey. I offer an integrative approach to wellness to help teen cultivate a wholehearted life, and to help their parents support that journey while also working on their own wellness goals.
